About the Role
GBUL is seeking a Workforce Development Case Manager to provide participant support services for workforce training and apprenticeship programs, including construction, technology, and career readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management and participant follow-up
- Support barrier removal (transportation, housing, PPE, referrals)
- Track participant progress and outcomes
- Coordinate with training partners and employers
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in workforce development, human services, or case management
- Knowledge of employment barriers and wraparound services
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Familiarity with WIOA or workforce programs is a plus
