    Description

    Organization: Greater Baltimore Urban League

    Location: Baltimore, MD (In-person / Hybrid)

    About the Role

    GBUL is seeking a Workforce Development Case Manager to provide participant support services for workforce training and apprenticeship programs, including construction, technology, and career readiness initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide case management and participant follow-up
    • Support barrier removal (transportation, housing, PPE, referrals)
    • Track participant progress and outcomes
    • Coordinate with training partners and employers
    • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Experience in workforce development, human services, or case management
    • Knowledge of employment barriers and wraparound services
    • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
    • Familiarity with WIOA or workforce programs is a plus
