    Description

    Showcase Cleveland! (Riverside neighborhood)

    You are needed to showcase Cleveland to visitors arriving at the airport!

    Meet and greet passengers in the airport facility.

    Give directions to various locations within the airport including but not limited to airline gates, security, ground transportation center, train, hotels, food and retail stores, etc.

    Man the Welcome Center desks, security checkpoint entrances and other key locations.

    Assist with special events at airport.

    Walk the terminal area assisting passengers throughout the facility.

    Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk distances. Second language is a plus not but needed. Must be able to communicate effectively. Good interpersonal skills. Willingness to help.

    Days and times needed: Every day 4am-10pm
