Description
We are looking for individuals or groups who are moved to bring joy to our kids at our incredible, immersive event. Our children and families with craniofacial differences are onsite for 3-4 days and during that time, we try to pack in as much joy and fun as possible. Oftentimes, cosplay groups show up to be a part of the magic!
- The event is being held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress June 26, 2026.
- We'll have about 120-150 kids with facial differences in attendance, plus their families for a total of about 550 people.
- Asking for a donation of 2 hours on location at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida
THE SETUP
Busy ballroom with 500+ people having dinner, making crafts, and connecting.
Characters are posted off to the side of the room and interact with kids (who line up) and take photos.
Parents are on hand to chaperone their children.
SUGGESTED REQUIREMENTS
- Proof of certification / license if you are a "professional princess or cast member"
- Background Check
- Asking for a donation of 2 hrs
- Providing your contact information on a volunteer application
- Parking will be covered/waived.
