Executive Team Member Application

Our Executive Team plays a crucial role in supporting our chapters, planning organization-wide initiatives, and helping expand our impact. We are looking for dedicated, organized, and passionate individuals who are excited to contribute to our mission of relieving food insecurity and providing entertainment to the underprivileged through music.

Please complete this application thoughtfully. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. These roles are extremely selective and the hardest to obtain throughout any position in our nonprofit organization. There are only two available spots and duties of the available roles are significant.

Event Organizer:

Assisting chapters with event ideas and logistics.

Creating event timelines and planning guides.

Coordinating with community partners when needed.

Tracking event participation and impact.

Collaborating with other Executive Team members to ensure successful execution.

Social Media Manager:

Creating and scheduling posts across social media platforms.

Designing graphics, reels, and promotional materials.

Highlighting chapter events, accomplishments, and partnerships.

Maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Growing community engagement and online outreach.

Working with chapter leaders to collect photos, videos, and event updates.
