    National Communications & Social Media Director

    Title: Volunteer: National Communications & Social Media Director — American PACT to Restore American Values

    Location: Remote — United States

    Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week

    About Us: American PACT (People Acting Collectively Together) is a nonpartisan, citizen-led movement dedicated to establishing congressional term limits and returning government to the people. Website: citizensforlimits.org

    About This Role: The Communications Director crafts and delivers the American PACT message to the public — managing social media, drafting public statements, and ensuring consistent compelling messaging across all channels. This is a core national leadership role with real creative ownership from day one.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute a national communications strategy
    • Manage PACT social media accounts — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
    • Draft public statements, press releases, and outreach materials
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and regions
    • Identify media opportunities and pursue press coverage
    • Work with regional teams to adapt messaging for local audiences

    What We're Looking For:

    • Background in communications, journalism, marketing, or social media management
    • Experience managing organizational social media accounts preferred
    • Strong writing skills and instinct for clear, compelling messaging
    • Nonpartisan and committed to the PACT mission
    • Proficient with AI tools — this role will use them daily
    • U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States
