    🏳️‍⚧️ Help Improve Gender-Affirming Care at M Health Fairview 🏳️‍🌈

    Are you passionate about gender-affirming care? Are you always on the lookout for ways to make things better?

    🫵🏾 Then we want you to join the Comprehensive Gender Care Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC)!

    As a member of the PFAC, you will join other patients and their family members/caregivers in providing feedback on improving gender-affirming care.

    📅 Fourth Friday of the Month

    ⌚️ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

    💻 Meets Virtually through Teams

    The only requirement is to be a patient or a family member/caregiver of a patient receiving gender-affirming care at M Health Fairview. We'll train you on everything you need to know to be successful.
