Through peer-to-peer learning, students engage in projects that explore fairness, bias, and responsibility in technology, transforming their creative work into educational resources for global peers.     About the Role

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for individuals interested in HR, recruiting, or talent operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring logistics.
    • Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
    • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Support onboarding logistics and documentation.
    • Post and monitor job listings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
    • 1–2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience (internships acceptable).
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with MS Office and ATS systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines.
