Employment Outreach Coordinator — Employment Services, Inclusive World

Do you love making connections and opening doors for others? Inclusive World is seeking a motivated volunteer to help expand employment opportunities for our members by building relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners.

As part of our Employment Services program, you'll be the bridge between Inclusive World members and the broader community — reaching out to employers and organizations to cultivate volunteer placements and paid job opportunities that are a great fit for the people we serve.

What you'll do:

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct outreach to local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to identify and develop volunteer and paid employment opportunities
• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations on behalf of Inclusive World
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate our members' strengths and the value of inclusive hiring practices
• ⁠ ⁠Track outreach efforts and opportunities in an organized way
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the Employment Services team to match opportunities with member needs and goals

We're looking for volunteers who are:

• ⁠ ⁠Strong communicators — comfortable with emails, phone calls, and in-person conversations
• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and able to work independently
• ⁠ ⁠Passionate about disability inclusion, workforce equity, or social justice
• ⁠ ⁠Experienced in sales, outreach, recruiting, HR, or community relations (helpful but not required)
• ⁠ ⁠Available [5-10 hours per week (flexible work hours/days)]

Your work will directly expand what's possible for Inclusive World members as they pursue meaningful employment and community participation.
