Call for Mentors: Support and Inspire Young Women with Blooming Hearts Foundation

About the Role

Blooming Hearts Foundation is seeking passionate mentors who are eager to guide, empower, and inspire young women as they navigate their educational, professional, and personal journeys. As a mentor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of leaders and change makers. We are specifically looking for professionals with skills in:

• Virtual Assistance
• Data Analysis
• Graphic Design
• Digital Marketing
• UI/UX Design
• Cyber Security
• Project Management
• Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to young women mentees.
• Share your knowledge, skills, and professional experiences to inspire growth.
• Commit to regular mentor–mentee sessions (virtual or in-person, depending on availability).
• Offer constructive feedback and help mentees set and achieve goals.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for open conversations.

Qualifications

• Passionate about youth empowerment and women’s development.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Reliable and committed to consistent mentorship.
• Professional or academic experience that can benefit young women (all fields welcome).
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Time Commitment

• Flexible, but generally 5–10 hours per month.
• Commitment length: at least 7-10 months.
