Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
• Promote fundraising events, adoption stories, and volunteer opportunities.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the event planning and fundraising teams to ensure effective promotion.
• Monitor analytics to enhance engagement and reach.
• Develop content that reflects key trends, insights, and strategic stories.
• Assist other directors in increasing brand awareness and engagement.
• Promote the brand to increase social media traffic, engagement, followers, sponsors, and donations.
• Proofread and ensure clear, effective delivery of social media messages.
• Maintain and update operational documents; assist in developing procedures.
• Draft and edit content for various marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience with social media management.
• Strong written communication skills and creative mindset.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and importance of adhering to branding guidelines.
• Familiarity with animal welfare and rescue operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
