    Description

    Birthday Bags

    Position Information:

Hope Communities, a nonprofit providing support and affordable housing to intersectional communities across the Denver area, often distributes birthday kits to families with a child celebrating a birthday. We need volunteers throughout the yearto put together the necessities for a small birthday celebration. Build a birthday bag individually or in groups!

To build a birthday bag, you will need:

    • Cake mix
    • Frosting (Funfetti is always a hit!)
    • Foil muffin pans for cupcakes
    • Cupcake liners
    • Birthday candles
    • Small plates and napkins
    • Birthday card from you
    • Optional cups, decorations, small gift

Plus anything else you can think of! Please pack your party in a reusable shopping bag. You can create as many birthday bags as you would like, and they will be distributed as needed.

This is a great way to get involved in the community and further the cause of Hope Communities! Please email volunteer@hopecommunities.org to coordinate drop off.
