    Description

    Join the staff of Cornerstone Family Resource Center as we distribute healthy food and produce to families in need. We expect to distribute fresh produce and other items to over 150 families and we NEED YOUR HELP! This is a drive-through food distribution. The Houston Food Bank will deliver a truckload of items and we need volunteers to:

    1. Unload the truck
    2. Sort and pack items in bags/boxes
    3. Load vehicles
    4. Direct traffic
    5. Assist in family registration

    Volunteer shift: 10:30 AM–1:30 PM (Central Time)

    Location: Premier on Woodfair Apartments, 10103 Lansdale, Houston, TX 77036

    We need 25 volunteers. Minimum age: 12. Individuals and teams of 2–12 are welcome. Registration closes November 6, 2026.

    This event takes place outdoors and will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
