Title: Re-Entry Operations Assistant

The Mission: Heaven Sent Second Chance provides a foundation for returning citizens to reclaim their lives. We provide housing, but more importantly, we provide the stability needed to navigate a complex legal and social system.

The Role: You will help our residents and staff stay on top of the critical paperwork that defines the first 90 days of re-entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain records for ID recovery, parole compliance, and employment applications.

Manage the calendar for in-house workshops and visiting service providers.

Maintain a database of local "re-entry friendly" employers and resources.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with a "no-judgment" attitude who is highly organized and understands the barriers faced by those coming home.
