    Description

    Peer to PeerMental Health Listener

    We are looking for 18 to 36 men to be a menta health support for their peers. a yearly training is required. the trainings are all year long and the hours are flexible 2-4- or your choice of more.

    Instructions:

    Participants will be able to:

    1. Practice active, empathetic, and non-judgmental listening
    2. Understand common mental health challenges affecting men
    3. Respond appropriately to emotional distress and crisis situations
    4. Apply de-escalation and grounding techniques
    5. Navigate mental health and community resources
    6. Maintain healthy boundaries and self-care as peer listeners
