Description
We are looking for 18 to 36 men to be a menta health support for their peers. a yearly training is required. the trainings are all year long and the hours are flexible 2-4- or your choice of more.

Instructions:
Participants will be able to:
- Practice active, empathetic, and non-judgmental listening
- Understand common mental health challenges affecting men
- Respond appropriately to emotional distress and crisis situations
- Apply de-escalation and grounding techniques
- Navigate mental health and community resources
- Maintain healthy boundaries and self-care as peer listeners
