    Description

FieldHaven Feline Center takes great pride in cultivating a relationship with adopters to ensure that feel supported with the cat or kitten they have adopted from us. As a post adoption coordinator you will reach out to adopters soon after their adoption to complete a post-adoption survey. After the survey is completed you will triage any follow p up that is needed with appropriate volunteers or staff.

Tracking and recording of the adoption follow up process is also part of this role. You will track responses, reaching out to non-responders to establish contact.

The FieldHaven Alumni Facebook page is a popular social media site for adopters to post pictures of their alumni, as questions, get advice and to just generally enjoy “mingling” with other cats love and FieldHaven adopters. Part of your role will be to help in monitoring this page, posting pictures and stores of adopters who don’t wish to join the page, engaging in the posts by responding and/or creating post for engagement.
