Community Event Support Volunteers – Janice’s Women’s Center

Janice’s Women’s Center is seeking passionate and community-driven volunteers to assist with an upcoming leadership roundtable focused on housing, domestic violence awareness, survivor advocacy, and community solutions in Arizona.

This event will bring together real estate professionals, business leaders, advocates, survivors, and community members for an important conversation surrounding housing instability, trauma-informed practices, and the role professionals play in supporting individuals fleeing abuse.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional volunteers who are willing to help create a welcoming and organized environment for attendees and guests.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Guest check-in and registration
• Assisting with setup and breakdown
• Supporting raffle and donation tables
• Helping guide guests and speakers
• General event assistance
• Vendor support
• Photography/social media support
• Hospitality and refreshment assistance

Ideal volunteers should:

• Have strong communication skills
• Be professional and welcoming
• Work well in team settings
• Be comfortable assisting at community events
• Be passionate about advocacy and community impact
• Be dependable and willing to help where needed
