Description

Habitat Whatcom is in search of community members who would like to support our mission by volunteering as friendly and attentive cashiers at our Habitat Store. This ask includes: greeting customers, handling money, using a walkie to communicate with staff, answering phones and transferring calls, answering customer questions, and making sales announcements over the speaker. Every dollar spent at Habitat Whatcom goes towards our efforts to provide Whatcom County with decent, affordable housing.

Shifts desired are Wednesdays and Fridays from 3pm-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-12pm.

We process background checks on Wednesday and Friday mornings, so please be on the lookout for your emailed results within 1-3 business days.
