About the Project:
Our nonprofit works in complex, high-context spaces serving neighbors experiencing homelessness. We want to make our work more accessible and understandable for new volunteers by creating a set of 10–16 clear, engaging training modules that introduce each program and department. These modules will be shared through a simple link and will help new volunteers feel confident, informed, and ready to support our mission. There will be a quick knowledge test at the end of each module.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative community member NOT AN INTERN who enjoys transforming information into engaging learning experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with a staff teammate who provides the vision, gathers the necessary content, and serves as your thought partner. Your role is to take this raw information and bring it to life through well-designed, intuitive training modules.
