    Description

U.S. Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships , Build a Global Nonprofit Fundraising Program

Help Build the U.S. Fundraising Engine of a Growing Global Nonprofit

Fulminare Global USA, Inc. is a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity based in Texas. We are building a long-term philanthropic program supporting education, public health, rural development, technology, agritech, and community development initiatives.

We are seeking experienced fundraising and philanthropy professionals who would like to help us build a professional U.S. development program from an early stage.

This is not a request for someone to simply send fundraising emails or provide a list of donors.

We are looking for strategic partners who can help us develop meaningful relationships with individual donors, major donors, foundations, corporations, workplace-giving partners, and other philanthropic institutions.

What You Could Help Us With

    • Identify and prioritize qualified U.S. donor and funder prospects
    • Develop major-gift and individual-giving strategies
    • Research private and corporate foundations
    • Help create donor cultivation and stewardship plans
    • Advise on corporate and workplace-giving opportunities
    • Help strengthen our Case for Support and donor messaging
    • Prepare our Founder and leadership for donor meetings and solicitations
    • Support introductions and relationship development where appropriate
    • Help establish a professional moves-management and fundraising pipeline
    • Advise on grant, campaign, recurring-giving, DAF, and major-gift strategies
    • Help us build the structure for a permanent U.S. development function

    Who We Are Looking For

We would especially like to hear from professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

    • Major gifts or individual giving
    • Foundation or institutional fundraising
    • Corporate philanthropy or CSR
    • Grant development
    • Donor-advised funds
    • Workplace giving and employee engagement
    • Capital campaigns
    • Planned giving
    • Nonprofit development leadership
    • Philanthropic consulting

Experience with international or cross-border nonprofit programs is especially valuable, but not required.

    Why This Opportunity Is Different

Fulminare is not asking a volunteer to build everything alone.

We already have U.S. nonprofit infrastructure, digital giving capabilities, workplace-giving channels, donor-management systems, and an international program implementation ecosystem.

What we need now is experienced fundraising judgment, U.S. relationship-building, and development leadership.

Our Founder will personally participate in qualified donor, foundation, and corporate meetings. Our operations team can support prospect research, CRM administration, scheduling, program documentation, reporting, and other back-office work.

This allows volunteer advisors to focus on the highest-value activities: fundraising strategy, donor relationships, introductions, cultivation, and development planning.

    A Partnership Mindset

We are particularly interested in professionals who want to build something with us rather than complete a one-time volunteer assignment.

We would welcome an initial 90-day collaboration with clearly defined responsibilities and measurable objectives. If there is strong mutual alignment, we would be interested in discussing an ongoing professional relationship through an appropriate separate arrangement outside the volunteer engagement.

This Idealist opportunity itself is an unpaid volunteer role.

    Potential First 90-Day Goals

    • Review our current U.S. fundraising readiness
    • Identify priority donor and funder segments
    • Develop a qualified prospect pipeline
    • Create an initial major-gift strategy
    • Strengthen our Case for Support
    • Establish donor cultivation and moves-management processes
    • Prepare selected donor/funder outreach strategies
    • Develop a 12-month U.S. fundraising roadmap

    Who Will Enjoy This Role

This may be particularly suitable for a current or former nonprofit development executive, major-gifts professional, foundation professional, CSR leader, fundraising consultant, or experienced fundraiser who wants to help shape the fundraising program of a growing international nonprofit.

You will work directly with Fulminare’s Founder and leadership rather than being placed several layers away from decision-making.

We value practical fundraising experience, integrity, relationship-building ability, and a willingness to help build sustainable donor relationships.

If you believe you can help us build a serious U.S. philanthropic network, we would be glad to speak with you.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced fundraising professional who wants to help build, not simply advise, a growing U.S. nonprofit.

You will work directly with the Founder and leadership of Fulminare Global USA and help shape our U.S. fundraising strategy from an early stage.

We are especially interested in professionals with experience in major gifts, foundations, corporate philanthropy, donor cultivation, grant development, workplace giving, or nonprofit development leadership.

Our organization already has U.S. nonprofit status, giving infrastructure, workplace-giving channels, CRM systems, and international program implementation capacity. What we now need is experienced fundraising leadership and relationship-building.

We are seeking someone who can help us:

    • identify and prioritize qualified donors and funders
    • develop major-gift and foundation relationships
    • advise on donor outreach and cultivation
    • strengthen our Case for Support
    • prepare leadership for donor meetings and solicitations
    • build a professional U.S. fundraising pipeline
    • help create a long-term development strategy

This is not a one-time assignment. We are looking for someone who would enjoy helping us build a serious fundraising program over time.

We propose an initial 90-day volunteer collaboration with flexible hours and direct access to the Founder.

If there is strong mutual alignment and demonstrated value, we would be open to discussing a separate ongoing professional engagement under an appropriate paid arrangement.

    To apply, please send:

    1. A short introduction
    2. Your fundraising or philanthropy experience
    3. The donor/funder segment you know best
    4. One example of a fundraising program, campaign, or donor relationship you helped develop
    5. Your approximate weekly availability

We are especially interested in professionals who think like builders, relationship-makers, and long-term partners.
