    Description

    Outreach Coordinator

    StandUp for Kids is seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to lead our Street and Community Outreach efforts for youth and young adults up to age 24. This role schedules and supports outreach teams, ensures volunteers have the resources they need, and helps build partnerships to reach more young people.

    The ideal candidate is organized, committed, and an excellent communicator, capable of observing and coaching volunteers, assisting in outreach, and fostering trusting relationships with youth. Street Outreach focuses on connecting with youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability, providing basic needs, support, and access to community resources.
