Dispatch Coordinator - St. Louis

The Dispatch Coordinator helps keep logistics organized across the campaign.

Drivers move petitions and supplies where they need to go. This role helps make sure drivers stay engaged, requests are seen, and activity is tracked.

You are supporting the Logistics Coordinator, not carrying the system alone.

What You’ll Do

• Send 1–2 monthly emails through VAN to coordinate with potential drivers
• Follow up with confirmed drivers who haven’t participated recently
• Review driver survey responses and update driver status in VAN
• Check the Driver Request Form and flag new needs
• Keep an eye on upcoming events and highlight when transportation may be needed
• Help maintain a simple spreadsheet tracking weekly driving activity
• Data Management and Spreadsheet creation
• Coordinate with Field Leadership on needs and success of the dispatch system.

• Drivers feel connected and responsive
• Transportation requests don’t sit unnoticed
• We have a clear record of what driving is happening
• The Logistics Coordinator has visibility and support

This is a steady, behind-the-scenes role that helps the campaign stay organized and proactive. Some of the role will be done in-person in our St. Louis City office.
