Executive Director

Position Overview

FSP Against Bullying is seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and hands-on Executive Director to provide organizational leadership and help advance the organization's mission, programs, partnerships, fundraising, and long-term sustainability.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, program leaders, community partners, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure that FSP Against Bullying continues to deliver meaningful programs and services to youth, families, educators, and communities.

This individual will serve as a key representative of the organization and will help translate FSP Against Bullying's mission and strategic priorities into effective programs, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and organizational operations.

The Executive Director should be comfortable working in a remote nonprofit environment, leading volunteers, building relationships, developing resources, and taking initiative.
