Description
Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking women veterans to visit hospice vets for companionship and socialization. A friendly visit means so much to our veterans and it is a wonderful opportunity to offer support, share stories and show pride of service.
We provide training and match you with a patient near your home or work and will always work around your schedule.
