    Description

    Indy Film Fest Box Office Managers oversee ticketing, guest check-in, and on-site sales operations.

    Pre-Festival Responsibilities

    • Learn ticketing software and reporting processes
    • Participate in reconciliation and transaction training
    • Assist with process documentation

    Festival Responsibilities

    • Supervise ticket sales and guest check-in
    • Print and distribute badges
    • Resolve ticketing discrepancies
    • Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation
    • Manage concessions and merchandise sales
    • Provide high-level customer service support

    Ideal Skills

    Detail-oriented, comfortable with POS systems, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage financial transactions responsibly.
