Shine a Light on the Stories That Deserve to Be Seen

Invisible Warriors is a grassroots movement devoted to honoring and uplifting the experiences of women veterans-women who have served our country with strength, resilience, and courage, and who often return home to find their stories left untold.

We’re looking for compassionate, creative videographers to help bring these stories to life.

As a volunteer, you’ll play a powerful role in helping women veterans be seen and heard, not just for what they’ve survived, but for who they truly are beyond the uniform. Through your lens, you’ll help us capture real voices, real experiences, and the unshakable spirit of women rebuilding their lives after military service.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Film and edit short-form videos highlighting women veterans’ journeys, community events, and advocacy work
    • Capture our Gala and other events on video to use promoting Invisible Warriors on the website and beyond
    • Collaborate with our team to create compelling visual content for social media, fundraising campaigns, and public awareness
    • Help shape narratives that honor authenticity, empower healing, and inspire action

    Who You Are:

    • A passionate storyteller with videography and editing skills (professional or self-taught-we value both!)
    • Comfortable working with sensitivity around topics like trauma, identity, and resilience
    • Someone who believes in the power of visual media to heal, connect, and create change

You don’t need military experience, just empathy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference.

    Why It Matters:

Too often, women veterans are overlooked in conversations about military service. Your work as a videographer will help shift that narrative, creating space for visibility, validation, and empowerment.

These are not just stories, they are lives. And with your help, we can share them with the dignity, beauty, and humanity they deserve.

Join us. Let your camera be a voice for those too long unheard.
