    Chat Moderator Team Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive online environment. They will also be the emotional support for any chat moderators who need additional support after being exposed to any sensitive or harmful content.

    Key duties include:

    • mediating any disputes
    • ensuring online discussions align with the organization's mission, ultimately protecting the community's integrity by encouraging positive and respectful engagement.
