    Board Member Recruitment

    Charlene’s Circle of Support (CCOS) is seeking dedicated, mission-driven leaders to serve as Board Members, Board Treasurer, and Board Committee Members for our 2026–2027 term.

    CCOS is a kinship-led nonprofit supporting youth and families impacted by parental mental illness, substance use, and incarceration. Keeping children safe, stable, and connected within their families and communities.

    Open Volunteer Leadership Roles:

    🔹 Board Members (At-Large)

    🔹 Board Treasurer

    🔹 Board Committee Members (Finance, Fundraising, Programs, Governance, Community Partnerships)

    We’re Looking for Individuals With Experience or Interest In:

    • Finance, accounting, or budgeting (especially for Treasurer candidates)

    • Fundraising, grants, and donor engagement

    • Legal, governance, or nonprofit compliance

    • Program development, evaluation, or advocacy

    • Community partnerships, education, or social services

    • Lived experience in kinship care, foster care, or caregiving (strongly valued)

    What Board Service Looks Like:

    ✔️ Monthly board meetings (virtual/in-person hybrid)

    ✔️ Committee participation based on interest

    ✔️ Ambassador role—helping expand CCOS’s reach and impact
