Videographer - Dance/Cheer Promotional Video

We are looking for a creative and patient videographer to help us create a promotional video for our majorette and cheer teams. This past year, we were approached by a television show to have the girls perform. They asked for a dance resume and a video that shows their talent. We had a dance resume but struggled to find a good quality video to end them and thus had to decline the offer. We are hoping to start a "tradition" of creating a promotional video that highlights the girls' talent as well as the program itself.

We would like to videotape this on Saturday, June 20, 2026 from 12pm to 5pm and would place ourselves in the hands of the videographer (who may not need all of that time to record). We have two teams (cheer and dance) that would perform separately and then come together for a combined dance. Their performance is about five minutes. It is important to have this video "turned around" before September 2026 as that's when the requests typically come in.
