    Description

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    They are responsible for employee/board member schedules and shifts. The scheduling team lead will make sure there is enough coverage for programs, events, projects/campaigns and any other daily operations while maximizing resource efficiency.

    They will also address any other staffing issues. Some other important duties include utilizing scheduling software and maintaining records,

    Scheduling Team Lead Candidate Experience, Technical Skills and Other Skills:

    Experience (NOT REQUIRED): 1 year in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.

    Technical Skills (REQUIRED): Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience using scheduling software and video conference tools (such as Zoom) is highly desirable.

    Other Important Skills for this Role: Strong attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

    Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years old and older
