Description
The Resource Fellows Program Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Resource Fellows program. This role ensures that the program effectively recruits, trains, supports, and evaluates fellows who connect community members with essential resources, organize localized events, and strengthen Surmount’s impact across New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and onboard fellows across NYC and Yonkers
- Develop and facilitate training on resource navigation, outreach, and event coordination
- Manage cohort meetings, check-ins, and program calendar
- Support fellows in organizing community resource events
- Track impact data, engagement, and resource contributions
- Build relationships with partner organizations
Reports To: Executive Director
We are looking for a program manager and program coordinator. Please be open to either.
