Description
The Operations Coordinator (Volunteer) supports the day-to-day operational foundation of ACSOP during its pre-launch and early growth phase. This role ensures that administrative systems, documentation, tools, and internal processes are established and maintained so the organization can function efficiently and compliantly.
Working closely with the Volunteer Executive Director and Director of Membership, the Operations Coordinator serves as the connective tissue across functions—helping turn strategy into execution without assuming full-scale operational ownership prematurely.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and supporting leaders in a growing organization.
