10/24 Restoration Volunteer Day at Coral Pine Park in Pinecrest, Miami Fl

Join the Institute for Regional Conservation and the Village of Pinecrest to restore the pine rocklands at Coral Pine Park! On Saturday, October 24th, volunteers will help remove invasive plants and scrape pine needle duff to help support the restoration efforts underway at the park.

No experience is required—just grab a friend and come help restore the pine rockland ecosystem at Coral Pine Park! Whether it’s your first event or you’re a returning volunteer, we’d love to have you join the IRC family and experience the fun of habitat restoration.

Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, a hat, and sunscreen, as you’ll be working in full sun. Bring a reusable water bottle and anything else you need to stay comfortable outdoors. We’ll provide the rest!
