Become a Voice for Seniors! Join Ethos as an Ombudsman Volunteer

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? As an Ethos Ombudsman Volunteer, you’ll become a trusted advocate for residents living in long-term care facilities across Boston.

You’ll:

• Visit long term care facilities to connect with residents and listen to their experiences within the facility that they are living in.
• Advocate for their rights and well-being, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.
• Interact with residents and their families.
• Report and help resolve concerns that impact residents’ care or comfort.

All volunteers receive specialized training and ongoing support from the Ethos Ombudsman team.
