Volunteer Toast POS & Online Ordering Setup Specialist
Details
Description
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer with experience using Toast POS, Toast Retail, or Toast Online Ordering to help us complete the setup of our new Loop Foods food and grocery program. We already have our menu and product categories developed and need someone who can accurately build the menu inside Toast and ensure the same products, categories, descriptions, pricing, modifiers, and photos are properly displayed on our Toast online storefront.
The volunteer will work with our team to organize and enter menu items, create categories and subcategories, upload product photos and descriptions, configure meal options and modifiers, enter pricing, set up availability, and make sure the customer-facing Toast storefront matches our in-store menu. Our assortment includes prepared seafood, cooked meals, wings, chicken tenders, tacos, breakfast items, meats, frozen foods, grocery products, snacks, beverages, pantry items, and seafood bundles. The volunteer may also help review the ordering flow from the customer's perspective and identify any changes needed before launch.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, highly organized, and experienced with digital menus, restaurant POS systems, e-commerce catalogs, or online ordering platforms. Direct experience with Toast is strongly preferred. Experience with DoorDash, Uber Eats, grocery retail, food service, product catalogs, or menu management is a plus. Start Immediately.
