About Us

The Warmth Initiative for Human Needs Response is a Nigerian nonprofit dedicated to addressing homelessness and meeting the basic needs of vulnerable populations. Through feeding drives, clothing banks, back-to-school projects, and menstrual health programs, we show up for communities that are often overlooked. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven organization, and we believe that storytelling is one of the most powerful tools for change.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-confident volunteer to join our team as a Content Creator. This role is all about capturing the heart of our work, on the ground, in the moment, and in a way that moves people. You will shoot and create short-form video content, including reels and viral-style clips, that tells our story and grows our community online.

If you love being in front of (and behind) the camera, understand what makes content stop the scroll, and care about social impact , this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

Shoot short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including reels and behind-the-scenes clips

Appear on camera as needed to narrate, present, or amplify our work

Attend or document our programs and field activities to capture real, authentic moments

Collaborate with our team to align content with ongoing campaigns and initiatives

Propose creative content ideas that reflect our mission and resonate with audiences

What We're Looking For

Comfortable and confident on camera, no stage fright

A natural feel for short-form video trends, especially reels and viral formats

Basic video shooting and editing skills (smartphone-level is absolutely fine)

Genuine passion for social impact and community work

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms is a plus

Time Commitment

Flexible, but we ask for a consistent presence especially around our program activities and campaigns. We'll work around your schedule.
