    Description

    The Beautiful Game Watch Party Event Support - Volunteer and Watch the Match!

    Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking volunteers to support the Beautiful Games Watch Parties!

    Volunteers at these events will help with set-up of the event (chairs, tables, etc.) before the event. After the event we will need help with take down and stacking of the chairs and tables onto carts. Please submit a general interest form through Idealist to receive the Volunteer Registration link. After your complete your registration to volunteer, you will be sent information about the required safety training.

    All volunteers for these events will need to attend a safety training before volunteering at their chosen event(s).

    Here are the dates and shifts we are seeking volunteer support at. We encourage volunteers to stick around for the watch party itself!

    WATCH PARTY: USA vs. Australia, June 19, 2026 - Game Time 12:00 pm

    Location: Ballard Commons

    Shift 1: 10:00 am- 12:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, table and chair set up

    Shift 2: 2:00 pm or final whistle - 4:00 pm, Break down tables and chairs and stack them back up.

    WATCH PARTY: TBD vs. USA, June 25, 2026 - Game Time 7:00 pm

    Location: South Lake Union

    Shift 1: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, table and chair set up.

    Shift 2: 9:00 pm or Final whistle - 11:00 pm, Break down tables and chairs and stack them on carts.

    WATCH PARTY: Round of 32 Match, July 1, 2026 - Game Time 1:00 pm

    Location: Van Asselt Community Center & Playfield

    Shift 1: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, Table & Chair set up.

    Shift 2: 3:00 pm or final whistle - 3:00 pm, break down tables & chairs and stack them on carts.

    WATCH PARTY: Quarter Finals Match, July 11, 2026 - Game Time 2:00 pm

    Location: Green Lake Community Center

    Shift 1: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, Table & Chair set up.

    Shift 2: 4:00 pm or final whistle - 6:00 pm, break down tables & chairs and stack them on carts.

    WATCH PARTY: Semi Finals Match, July 14, 2026 - Game Time 12:00 pm

    Location: Virgil Flaim Park

    Shift 1: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, Table & Chair set up.

    Shift 2: 2:00 pm or final whistle - 4:00 pm, break down tables & chairs and stack them on carts.

    WATCH PARTY: Finals Match, July 19, 2026 - Game Time 12:00 pm

    Location: Rainier Playfield

    Shift 1: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, Set up crew - litter pick, table & chair set up.

    Shift 2: 2:00 pm or final whistle - 4:00 pm, break down tables & chairs and stack them on carts.
