    Seeking a real estate & construction adviser.

    Position requires skills in building site purchase, building design, cost estimating, procuring contractors to assist GARC in securing a site for and constructing a permanent facility for its animal care operations.

    You should be skilled in how to identify and assess building sites and develop a construction plan for a new facility. GARC may consider purchasing and renovating an existing building.

    Proficiency in design and project management software a plus.
