    Description

    Nurses of the Future (NOTF) is looking for a Secretary to help keep the organization organized and support communication between leadership and volunteers.

    Responsibilities include responding to organizational emails, maintaining files and documents, scheduling meetings when needed, recording meeting minutes, updating important documents, and assisting with financial documentation when necessary. The Secretary will also help communicate meeting information, announcements, and updates to volunteers.

    This is a remote leadership opportunity for students interested in nonprofit management, healthcare, administration, or leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Good time-management skills
    • Reliable and responsive
    • Comfortable managing documents and email communication
    • Professional and respectful communication
    • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required

    Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week
