    Fundraising Volunteer Opportunity –10th Anniversary Gala

    Join us as we prepare for a milestone celebration! Healing Hands Inc. is seeking passionate and committed Fundraising Volunteers to support the planning and execution of the 2026 10th Anniversary Gala, a special evening honoring a decade of impact, resilience, and survivor-centered advocacy.

    About the Role

    The Fundraising Volunteer will work closely with the Gala Planning Committee to help secure financial support, sponsorships, and in-kind donations that will contribute to the success of this landmark event.

    Responsibilities

      • Assist with outreach to potential sponsors, donors, and community partners
      • Support follow-up communication (emails, calls, thank-you messages)
      • Help with donor research and maintaining accurate records
      • Contribute ideas for fundraising strategies, campaigns, and engagement
      • Assist with event-day tasks related to donor relations and guest experience
      • Participate in weekly planning meetings leading up to the gala

    Time Commitment

      • Flexible weekly hours
      • Must be available for in person and remote outreach
