    Description

    Lake Lunches is a food ministry of Lake Merritt United Methodist Church. Serving 300 lunches twice a week to the hungry and unsheltered no questions asked in the areas surrounding Lake Merritt. Volunteers are needed to assist in preparing & packing lunches and walking the lake area near by to distribute the meals.

    Lunch preparation & packing takes place on Mondays weekly from 2-4 pm

    Mobile Lunch distribution takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly from 11:30 am-1:15 pm.

    We also distribute hygiene items and are always seeking donations for this purpose.
