    Description

    About LandSeed

LandSeed is a non-profit organization tackling the Canadian housing crisis with a unique, data-powered approach. We bridge critical gaps in the housing ecosystem by integrating deep community market data with advanced AI systems. Our focus is on crowdsourcing and identifying obstacles to attainable affordable housing, allowing us to deliver structured, scalable solutions where they are needed most.

Our Commitment: We are driven to uplift those in housing ownership need, including first-time homebuyers, seniors, immigrants, single parents, environmentalists, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Our vision is to pioneer data-driven designs and value structures for entry-level housing across Canada.

    Job description

LandSeed is seeking a Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to support relationship-building with organizations, institutions, and collaborators aligned with our mission.

This role is execution-focused and well-suited for someone earlier in their career or transitioning fields, who enjoys outreach, coordination, and relationship management.

You will work closely with senior leadership and advisors to help move partnerships from conversation to collaboration.

    Why This Role Exists

LandSeed’s work depends on strong, values-aligned partnerships—across housing, academia, technology, and community development. This role exists to support and sustain those relationships, ensuring follow-up, coordination, and momentum.

    Key Responsibilities

    Outreach & Relationship Support

      • Support outreach to potential partners and collaborators
      • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and next steps
      • Maintain partnership tracking and documentation

    Research & Alignment

      • Research potential partners and alignment opportunities
      • Support preparation for partnership conversations
      • Help track progress and outcomes

    Coordination & Communication

      • Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
      • Support clear, timely communication

    Required skills and qualifications

      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Demonstrated interest in partnerships, community development, or social impact initiatives
      • Comfortable with outreach activities and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
      • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in execution of tasks
      • Advanced education or professional development in strategic marketing, narrative development, or mission-driven work is a plus

    What You’ll Gain

      • Hands-on experience with partnerships and collaboration
      • Exposure to senior leadership and decision-making
      • Clear ownership of real work with real impact

    Expected time commitment

      • 10 hours/week
      • Volunteer role with potential to grow into a paid coordinator position
