Volunteer International Grants & Fundraising Research Specialist

Fundación Pasos de Luz is a nonprofit organization in Ecuador supporting autistic children and children with Down syndrome through early intervention, specialized education, therapies, family support, and community inclusion.

We are currently working to build a modest, safe, and functional educational and therapeutic center. We already have the programs defined, children and families waiting to receive services, land secured, and a volunteer architect developing the plans and 3D renderings for the center.

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in nonprofit fundraising, international grants, philanthropy, or donor research who can give us an extra support identify realistic funding opportunities for which our organization and construction project may be eligible.

We would especially value support with researching international grants and foundations, evaluating eligibility requirements, identifying potential donors or corporate partners, and recommending fundraising strategies beyond grants.

Our goal is to build a sustainable funding strategy that can help turn this center into a reality and expand access to education, therapy, inclusion, and family support for the children we serve.
