    Volunteer Fundraising Director

    About IM3:20

IM3:20 (Immeasurably More 3:20) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to helping people navigate faith, healing, and identity in a broken world. Through our online platforms, podcast (Not Yet Christian), and IM3:20 App, we provide emotional health resources, spiritual encouragement, and community support to individuals who are struggling to find peace or hope in challenging seasons.

Our mission is rooted in Ephesians 3:20 — we believe God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, and we want to help others experience that truth through prayer, compassion, and practical tools for emotional and spiritual growth.

    Who We're Looking For

Immeasurably More 3:20 (IM3:20) is seeking a mission-driven, experienced individual to serve as our Volunteer Fundraising Director. This role is ideal for someone with a background in nonprofit fundraising, development strategy, donor relations, or financial stewardship who is passionate about emotional health, faith-based outreach, and community impact.

The Volunteer Fundraising Director will work closely with the Founder, Executive Team, and Board to help shape and guide fundraising initiatives, donor engagement strategies, and long-term sustainability planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and guidance for fundraising campaigns, donor development, and stewardship efforts.
    • Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with individual donors, churches, businesses, and community partners.
    • Support grant research, grant-writing strategy, and introductions to foundation or corporate giving contacts when applicable.
    • Advise on annual giving plans, seasonal campaigns, and creative fundraising opportunities aligned with the mission.
    • Offer insight into donor communication, storytelling, and impact reporting.
    • Participate in periodic leadership or advisory meetings and provide ongoing consultation (estimated 5–8 hours/month).

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong alignment with IM3:20’s Christian mission, values, and approach to compassionate outreach.
    • Experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, finance, donor relations, or organizational leadership.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to see both big-picture growth and practical next steps.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
    • Desire to serve in a meaningful volunteer leadership role that supports long-term impact.

    Why Join IM3:20?

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing nonprofit that meets people in moments of emotional and spiritual need—often before they ever step into a church. Your leadership will directly support free resources, prayer initiatives, and outreach efforts that bring hope into waiting rooms, homes, and everyday life. As a Volunteer Fundraising Director, your expertise will help ensure IM3:20 remains sustainable, accessible, and positioned for continued growth.
