Volunteer Minister (Must be from US strictly )

Location Requirement (Strict):

This role is strictly limited to individuals currently residing within the United States due to operational, legal, and ministry alignment requirements.

Reason for Requisition:

As BluShues expands its fellowship gatherings and prayer meetings to a global public platform, there is a need for dedicated ministers to lead spiritual activities, support community engagement, and ensure consistent, impactful ministry delivery.

Position Summary:

The Volunteer Minister/Pastor will support the delivery of BluShues’ spiritual programs, including prayer meetings, fellowships, and outreach events. This role focuses on ministering the Word, leading prayers, and nurturing spiritual growth within the BluShues community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support weekly prayer meetings and fellowship sessions.
• Deliver short teachings, devotionals, or scriptural encouragement.
• Provide spiritual support to volunteers and community members.
• Participate in global online ministry events.
• Collaborate with leadership to align teachings with BluShues’ mission.
• Assist in outreach initiatives aimed at winning souls and strengthening faith.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be based in the United States (non-negotiable).
• Strong knowledge of the Bible and sound Christian doctrine.
• Prior ministry, pastoral, or church leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and leadership.
• Willingness to sign and uphold BluShues’ Statement of Faith.
