About IRC AFRICA INC

We operate in the challenging heart of Southern Madagascar, where women face extreme poverty and safety threats. Our work is about saving lives and building a sustainable future.

Our impact is proven:

• Ny Trano Manga Shelter: The first and only shelter for women in Madagascar, providing a haven, nutrition, and rehabilitation.
• The Next Chapter: Establishing an Employment & Entrepreneurship Center for single mothers, and a Tech Campus for young women high-school graduates.

The Role 🤝

We seek an Entrepreneurial Fundraiser to spearhead our US growth and build a committed community of international supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with private donors and US organizations.
• Lead the fundraising funnel from mapping to closing donations.
• Work directly with CEO Eldad Garfunkel, utilizing authentic content from the field.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the USA (NYC area preferred).
• Passion for protecting women and advancing digital education.
• Background in marketing, community building, or fundraising – a significant advantage.
• Native-level English with exceptional communication skills.
