Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a volunteer Healthcare/Human Services Board Member to help advance our mission of connecting individuals and families with care, housing support, and community resources.

LOCATION

This posting recruits board members in New York. Board meetings take place quarterly by Zoom, with service supporting Grace Community Care & Homes and the communities we serve.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Bring insight into care access, disability services, and community needs; help assess program priorities and impact; support partnerships that connect individuals and families with resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Healthcare, human services, disability services, social work, or relevant community or lived experience. We value collaborative, dependable candidates who are committed to the mission.

BOARD SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

This is an unpaid volunteer board opportunity. Members attend one board meeting per quarter by Zoom, prepare for meetings, participate in fundraising efforts, and pay board dues. The dues amount and other service details will be discussed during the interview process before any commitment.
