    Description

    Location: Remote

    Reports To: Marketing Manager

    Lead Generation Specialist will be a proactive and detail-oriented person responsible to build and manage a steady pipeline of high-quality leads in the holistic wellness, spiritual healing, and conscious events space. This role will focus on sourcing, qualifying, and enriching contact data for practitioners, facilitators, retreat organizers, and wellness entrepreneurs who align with our platform's mission.The person will work closely with the marketing, and sales teams to ensure a consistent flow of leads that convert into engaged users, partners, subscribers, and collaborators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential leads in the holistic and spiritual wellness space (practitioners, retreat/event organizers, wellness businesses).
    • Build and maintain a lead database segmented by service type, region, modality, or niche.
    • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (location, digital presence, audience size, service offerings, etc.).
    • Use tools like GoHighLevel, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and event directories to source and track lead data.
    • Enrich lead profiles with relevant contact info, social handles, service offerings, and engagement history.
    • Monitor lead quality and provide feedback to improve targeting strategies.
    • Update CRM and other Databases and Maintain accurate records and reporting on lead pipeline status, conversion rates, and outreach metrics.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, list building, or CRM/data management (ideally in wellness, events, or digital services).
    • Strong research and data entry skills.
    • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms/Affiliate programs. (Key skill)
    • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Instagram,etc.
    • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead nurturing basics.
    • Organized, consistent, and able to work independently on tight timelines.
    • Passion for the holistic/spiritual/wellness industry is a major plus!

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience building leads for wellness coaches, retreats, or digital marketplaces.
    • Familiarity with email marketing tools, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.
    • Knowledge of conscious community platforms, retreat centers, or event networks.
