    Earth Day Set up and Break Down

    These are the time slots that we need volunteers to help us with-

    6am- 8:30 am- Setup

    9am- 1:00pm- Event logistics and coordination plus help with any booths that request help.

    1pm to 2pm- Breakdown

    Please be assured that your comfort and well-being are important to us. If you have any physical limitations that require accommodation, please do not hesitate to inform us. We want to ensure that you enjoy the day to the fullest extent possible, just as much as our event attendees.

    Directions

    9th and Central, next to farmers market. Please come to the Tracy Earth Project booth for signing in and getting your respective tasks.
