    • Tailor designs to meet accessibility standards and ensure a seamless experience across mobile and desktop devices.
    • Maintain organized records of design assets, brand guidelines, and project versions.
    • Collaborate with technical volunteers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and aesthetically.
    • At least one year of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a related creative field (professional, academic, or volunteer).
    • Demonstrated interest in human rights, social justice, or nonprofit work.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
    • Familiarity with Google Suite and collaborative tools such as Slack preferred.
