About the Role
GBUL is seeking IT Trainers to support digital literacy, workforce technology training, and small business technology adoption for adults and youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in basic to intermediate IT skills
- Support instruction in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, or AI tools
- Assist participants with resume tech skills and certifications
- Adapt training to different learning styles and experience levels
Ideal Qualifications
- Background in IT, technology training, or digital skills education
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Patience and passion for teaching adult learners
- Experience with workforce or community-based training preferred
