    Organization: Greater Baltimore Urban League

    Location: Baltimore, MD (In-person)

    About the Role

    GBUL is seeking IT Trainers to support digital literacy, workforce technology training, and small business technology adoption for adults and youth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver training in basic to intermediate IT skills
    • Support instruction in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM systems, or AI tools
    • Assist participants with resume tech skills and certifications
    • Adapt training to different learning styles and experience levels

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Background in IT, technology training, or digital skills education
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills
    • Patience and passion for teaching adult learners
    • Experience with workforce or community-based training preferred
